14-day return policy
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at davielcalderon2@gmail.com. Returns sent without first requesting authorization may not be accepted. We will provide return instructions after approving your request.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for ordinary return-shipping costs. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lovuumba will cover reasonable return-shipping costs or provide another appropriate resolution.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos when possible so we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions
Gift cards, items marked final sale, and opened personal-care or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Additional product-specific restrictions may appear on the product page.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
